The fourth annual Mary H. Weiser Food Allergy Center Spring Luncheon was a great success. Our energetic panel discussion inspired conversation about the epidemic and our efforts to prevent and cure food allergies. The luncheon benefits the University of Michigan Mary H. Weiser Food Allergy Center, whose mission is to improve the lives of food allergic individuals by conducting comprehensive research that will significantly improve patient care and expand food allergy education, research and community services. Its faculty focus on cutting-edge topics to better understand food allergies and related diseases, using a bench to bedside approach in their investigations.
The ability to continue this work is dependent on supporters who understand, advocate for and become involved in this important research.
